Once an order has been submitted, you will be provided order status and shipping information regarding your order.

Shipping Charges – At PlantMarts we offer free shipping on all prepaid orders while on cash on delivery we charges INR 200 flat charges to deliver across pan India.
 
Shipment processing time  Every effort is made to dispatch your order as soon as possible. Processing time 1 – 2 working days, Transited time 7 -10 working days. (note: Due to Covid-19 regulatory measures all courier partners are facing delays in pickups and deliveries. So, please allow some extra time.)
 
Shipping Providers we Use – We primarily use Delhivery, Shiprocket, BlueDart shipping courrier to ship our orders.
 
We make every effort to ship all orders received by 12 pm on the same day. Orders placed after 12 pm, on weekends, or public holidays will be attempted to be processed the following business day.

(Please allow up to 48 hours for your orders to be dispatched during and just after sale periods and during holiday periods.)

You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as it has been shipped.
  • Do I have to pay shipping charges?

You don’t have to pay any shipping charges for prepaid order only flat charges of INR 200 for cash on delivery orders.

  • By when will I receive the ordered products?

Delivery will be done within 8-10 working days as due to Covid-19 regulatory measures all courier partners are facing delays in pickups and deliveries. So, please allow some extra time.

  • How do I know whether the product can be delivered to my area? 

PlantMarts is trying its best to ship our products as far and wide as possible. However, there are still a few areas where we are unable to ship. 

  • What is the mode of delivery at PlantMarts?

We use Delhivery, BlueDart, Shiprocket courier services for the shipment of products across Australia. Depending upon your location and reach, we make use of several other trustworthy domestic service providers to deliver products. 

  • Do you ship International?

We are happy to provide a quote for shipping orders to countries other than India. Please contact us for a quote before placing an order.

International customers will be responsible for paying any duties or taxes relevant to their country of residence.

Within a few minutes of successfully placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation from PlantMarts. This email will include all the important details related to your order.
